When your new baby arrives, you’ll experience a rush of joy and, if you’re like most new parents, a flood of questions. Can’t tell if it’s fussiness or colic? Wondering when your baby will sleep longer than 10 minutes? As your trusted partner, we can offer answers backed by experience. Here are just a few of the common topics we help new parents address:

  • Feeding and sleep concerns
  • How to soothe your baby
  • Safety

What to Know

Those early days of babyhood are beautiful and admittedly a little overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to answer any questions or concerns, from how often your baby should eat to how to diaper around that umbilical cord. If you deliver at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, our pediatricians will visit you at the hospital within 24 hours of birth. And no matter where you deliver, we meet with all babies in our clinic when they’re between 3 and 5 days of age (or sooner if needed!).

Our nurse advice line is also available 24/7, and we offer urgent-care services 365 days a year all so we can ensure that this magical, fleeting time is one you savor to the fullest.
